It's been 20 minutes waiting for food that was supposed to be to go. Don't bother. Go to Gentile, Clearfield, or Kaysville. This isn't the first time some crap like this has happened. McDonald's normally has an outstanding level of performance; nevertheless, this location has gravely missed the corporate standards of excellence. After about a dozen visits over four weeks this establishment consistently never had the simple product everyone loves, ice cream. I feel sorry for the locals. I also think everyone should avoid this franchise.
Its great when you don't have a lot of money, value menue affordable. Good for a hungry belly.
I mean, McDonalds is already the lowest of the low... but if you are a 24 hour fast food place, it's probably pretty smart to keep more than 2 people serving, "sorry it'll take 20 mins to help these 5 cars" I'd rather bite bricks than wait that long for my order😡😡 NOT HAPPY MCDONALDS!!!
They are very bad and very arrogant. If they don't have patience in customer service, don't be there. 🤷♀️
