Went through the drive thru, they forgot my fries. Had to drive around. When asked to get my fries they were snotty, and when I got the fries, they were under cooked. All while the staff were standing around and goofing off.

I got off work at 1A.M and went to the McDonald's on hillfield road.Avoid this place please the employee.\n Was rude at night.\n I never got a receipt. I asked for fresh fries. I guess I'll go back to sayings. Salt.\n Free fries and then ask for salt on the side. The guy with the glasses and the ponytail, I'm not sure if he's a lead, trainer or manager. I assume he's a manager as he wears the dark blue button up collar shirt. He handed me my food and I politely said, "Thank you." He just looked at me with a stoic, blank stare. Never said a word. Nothing. It was an awkward interaction. Bad worst customer service ever. I order with mobile order I was in and rush and it was quicker. When I pull up to the drive-thrui got no greeting on nothing. I sit there 10 minutes and they greet the person in the other line. There is 5 cars in each line. I they take one order at a time than have that car pay and get their food before they take another order. And they never make fish sandwiches at late night.
