This location said they would sell toys individually when I visited a few weeks ago. I was excited and called about the BTS toys to confirm, and a very impatient lady answered and said they weren’t selling them. I asked if I could trade a toy, and she tried to tell me it’s not allowed because they can’t open the boxes. She seemed misinformed about the toys, because there is a number on the side that tells you which toy it is. It is frustrating to receive conflicting information and rude service.
