Terrible service. The manager was rude, unhelpful and unprofessional
In line for 45mins this is absolutely crazy !!!!! 8.17.25 @11:02 !!!!!!! HORRIBLE
Woman who was working the window was extremely rude. Had us waiting at the speaker for over 5 minutes. I kept saying “hello”. No answer. I drove up to the window and she tells me she’s busy. Mind you, there was nobody in line at the drive thru or any cars in the parking lot at this time. I understand there may be some things they need to get done, but when you have customers waiting, you should really tend to them. I will not be returning.
You will NEVER get your meal actually IN the drive thru. The wait will be a min and the food runner will ALWAYS be run ragged and approach you with the wrong order. Be prepared.
