Update!!!!! The lady at the drive through has a very nasty attitude… no customer service, slams window in customer’s face…, attitude if anything is questioned…. Absolutely horrible service… this is the lady that handed the food out…….absolutely poor attitude and food!!! And the worst part she had a managers shirt, I hate to know how she runs a crew, if that’s the case I would revise my team. How hard is it to be polite… it takes more out you to be nasty to people…. Never for me had hot fries sandwiches made sloppy. No hair nets worn very poor food safety.
Really cool that this is the first McDonalds with a drive through. Service is generally good though there seems to be an above average number of equipment failures at this McDonalds. Has also been multiple occasions where they ask me to pull forward to the arches to wait for my order but then end up bringing an incorrect order. Outside of that, everything you would expect from a McDonalds.
More and more. I come to this location the more and more. I regret it. I just sat in drive-thru for 5 minutes when I was told one moment. Wait it and said hello and got an attitude. No one in line. Restaurant dead. Sorry for coming to visit your restaurant for food. God forbid you do what you are in business for. Drove off. What a joke location!.
