McDonald worker was very disrespectful, mopping the whole dinning room floors while customers were sitting and eating. I would understand if someone spilled something on the floor but general cleaning is not acceptable. I ask him to stop mopping near me while I was eating and he still chose to continue. I informed the Managerand yes the manager spoke with him but the worker still was mopping after the conversation. This is unprofessional and disrespectful and I will not be returning to this McDonald's.

I ordered a large value meal but they just put it in for regular size. I brought this to their attention. No apology. Didn't upgrade out of courtesy like they should have. Poor service.

I regularly go to this McDonald's because it's conveniently close to where I live but I had an experience on the evening of September 13th that was extremely disappointing and embarrassing: I went in and was ordering from the kiosk like I usually do and there was some sort of commotion happening in the kitchen / drive through area. Regardless of what was going on, there was a non-black person throwing around the n-word (with a hard R) and talking about a black person eating watermelon.
