Hot and delicious with polite service
Ordered in app. Sat in drive thru at speaker for over 5 mins. No one EVER took out order or said anything. Went inside, manger said that my order "wasn't put in" Waited another 8 mins. Still no food. Had to leave and get to my Dr appt. My bf went back to get food and still had to wait. Then tell sausage in the McMuffin was undercooked. Worst service EVER
The McDonald’s location in Saluda South Carolina is absolute trash. The staff is rude, the service is slow. Half the time they don’t even have their drink machine working. I literally waited at the drive thru for a good 20 minutes before I was told to hold, but there was only one car at the window. I have made so many complaints about this location but nothing ever changes
Always a treat to eat here.
