Ordered online for dine-in as it was only 10pm and they close at 12:59am. When we got there dining room was locked and we had to go around to drive-thru. When we got our order my apple pie was missing, the fries had no salt, and they forgot my sauce. Overall my experience was unacceptable. This is not my first bad experience here, yall need to do better.
We went through the drive-thru and I felt rushed to order and then when I got my food they didn't even give me all of my order. I had to park and go back in to ask for it, but the person behind the counter was very helpful and got everything fixed quick.

The Big Mac I had was dry. Since McDonald's is known for the Big Mac, I expected more. Fresh were HOT and fresh. 1:30pm on a Tuesday was not the busiest, so the buger should have been fresh. I can tell the manager was expediting the orders because she was only friendly worker. The cashier that was taking the payments was not friendly.
