If I could give this location a zero rating, I would. While I don't ever wait a super long time for my order, it's clear that they rush because it's NEVER correct. Today my McChicken had rotten lettuce, my burger was missing items and incorrectly packaged. They didn't pack any napkins or straws with my order. There was also a woman prepping food, who I saw texting WITH HER FOOD PREP GLOVES ON and didn't even bother to change them. Lastly, there was also a homeless person sleeping in the lobby. Completely unsatisfactory service. The franchisee should be ashamed. Bathrooms were disgusting and lacked soap. Service was abysmal, and somehow missed up 5 of 6 orders ordered via kiosk. Kiosks were missing receipt paper so when an order was placed customers didn't receive their order number. Multiple patrons sleeping inside the establishment at 9:30 AM
Waited almost 30 min for food. Inside of the store was closed, and the drive through was still slow:/
