Service sucks
I rarely leave reviews, but I’ve had too many negative experiences at this McDonald’s. Today, I ordered two Happy Meals with hamburgers no buns (just patties, since my kids can’t have the buns). At the drive-thru, I asked if ketchup could be added to the bag. When I got to the window, the employee handed me the food, and when I asked if there was ketchup inside, she said, “I don’t know, I’m going on break,” and walked away. After sitting through the drive-thru, they then tell me they do not have the food I ordered and just look at me. So I ask to cancel the order since they didn't have another solution. Then they said they could not cancel the order because it was ordered through the app. They can't give me the food ordered and can't return my money.
