WTH is going on at this McDonald’s? I just got a mobile order from there that was completely wrong not to mention we saw an employee touch another employee inappropriately at the drive thru window. The manager came over and flat out argued with me about the order that was clearly wrong and refused to see or admit it was wrong. I held my burger out to him with the receipt and asked him to find that burger on that receipt and he refused to find it or fix it. You need better leadership. This place is full of incompetent people.
Something is wrong with the menu. It keeps saying that frappé's will be back soon but they have it which is making it to where I can't redeem on the mobile app and pick up at that location. The supervisor didn't know what to do and couldn't tell me why some things were blurred out on the menu screen and apparently she can't remove it.She called up somebody else who didn't know what to do. If this is their way to deter customers from ordering certain things they should just remove those certain things altogether.
If I order something, and you charge me for it, I expect it to be with my order. Instead, I get some way down the road, finally open the bag, and and parts of my order are missing. This happens often at this particular location, but today I don't have the time or energy to go back. I know i should take the time to look before I drive off, but like most people, I have things to do, places to go, people to see. Why can't my order just be complete?
