Having visited McDonald's locations across the country, this was by far the worst experience. Cleanliness: The entire dining area was filthy—floors, tables, and the soda dispenser station were covered in grime and spills. The men’s restroom was in unacceptable condition, with standing water across the floor and dirty sinks. Service & Staff: The restaurant was slammed, yet two employees appeared to be on break right in the middle of the chaos, completely indifferent to the backlog. Someone slow. Finally got food and happy meal missing burger.
I got a bacon Caesar Chicken Sandwich looks like they just threw everything in the box and closed the lid. One tiny little squirt of caesar dressing. I ordered extra pickles and got none. Also, the fries are always cold and old anytime I order here and any other time, they can never seem to get my order right. I live in Waverly and I will never be going back to this McDonald's again. This was the final straw.
