Stand at the counter and you don't even get acknowledged. Just stare right through you. I know you are under staffed but I go every morning for a coffee and the McDonald's on Broadway is just getting worse every week. At least give me the common courtesy of letting me know as a customer that you know I am there. Management really needs to teach some core customer service skills. Ended up going to Tim's for my morning coffee.
Slow service, disorganized
Unfortunately in Canada there is NO culture to clean after yourself. All the tables are dirty and workers don't think it's there responsibility to clean the space. Hard to have a great pleasant time at a dirty table. I asked to wipe down, was told, yes I'll come. But nobody came. And the excuse will be "there's line up of customers ". Bottom line -workers don't think it's their responsibility.
