terrible service, workers are clearly incompetent, and they charge more here than other Mcdonalds in Kennesaw. Pissed i wasted my money here
Ordered on the app. The money cleared from my account. I was across town and ordered food for my wife and kid. They said they didn’t have the order. I sent photo proof that we paid for food. They said I had to come across town and show it on my phone. Last time at McDonald’s for me. It was $12 worth of food and they need me to drive 40 min prove i deserve what I paid for.
