What can I say? Its McDonald's alright. I've gotten old food from this place one too many times. Breakfast is better but still just meh. Only go here if I'm desperate and other places are closed.

I want to Thank Rebecca wich she works at night, and I was getting a doordash order,i didn't know they had a window ring to go by, at the drive thru the lady in charge refused to hand me the order wich she wasn't doing nothing just talking from the windows with a guy on a white truck at the drive thru window,wich he even had his truck turn off and he was the only car at the drive thru so I'm assuming they had been talking for a while when I went to the windows and ring the bell no body come to help me out, and the order was ... read more

​"I want to give a huge shout-out to Rebecca at the Wade Green Road McDonald’s. I’m a Dasher, and honestly, picking up orders here can be tough because the front staff often ignores us. Even though Rebecca works in the preparation area, she is the only one who consistently steps up. ​Tonight was the second time she stopped what she was doing to come to the window and help me after I rang the bell. I have never in my life rated a McDonald’s but we stopped here on a road trip and they really nailed it. Perfect hash brown. The guy at the window was really nice. They have a 100% rating from the health inspector

I avoid this location, but stopped this morning because the drive-thru was empty and I thought it would be quick. Ordered breakfast, was told to pull forward to wait, and then sat there for 10 minutes with no one coming out, no explanation, and no line behind me. I eventually had to leave because I didn’t have time to wait indefinitely or track someone down for a refund. This isn’t a one-off—this location is consistently disorganized. I like McDonald’s breakfast, but this store makes it impossible.
