Food was wrong, they argued with us at the window about the food and we were made uncomfortable by a male working the drive thru.
This place is located in the right spot of town. Its one young lady who's always smiling. She very helpful and polite she's a cashier. I only comes in on Sunday morning on my to church. This person doesn't realize how helpful she's to me. I just wanted to say thank you, for always greeting me with a smile and saying my love all the time. Im grateful to you.
Poor Customer Service Experience – 801 Hwy 81 E McDonough GA– 12 AUG 2025 (9:35-9:40 AM) This morning, I visited your Lake Dow Location around 9:35-9:40AM to order your Mix & Match breakfast deal (two breakfast sandwiches for $4.79, as advertised on your drive-thru signage). When I asked about the deal, the first employee told me they were “doing breakfast,” which I already knew. I clarified that I wanted the advertised 2-for-$4.79 deal.
