We ordered on the Kiosk and had to put in a table number. When our order was ready, they called out our number..the fries were cold, and we tried calling back to the employee to get our drink cups. The trash cans were extremely full. They could do better, especially on a Saturday night.
I lost my voice due to severe allergies and so I did a mobile order figuring it would be easier as I did the same in eminence that morning. Went threw the drive-thur around 1 or so and couldn't speak, the girl there had a very bad attitude that I couldn't speak to her and proceeded to lock the window on me and one point and kept slamming the window on me and other employees trying to understand what was going on.
