Food was all hot and fresh. The day time staff is wonderful.
The ordering and wait time to get food was ridiculously long wait time. I spent 30 minutes from order time to being handed my food.
I have been to McDonalds in many places and I they have all made mistakes because mistakes happen and I understand that but this McDonalds in Vilonia has got to be the worst. If you go through the drive through, 95% of the time you wait there to order for up to if not over 30 minutes and that’s with only a couple cars in the drive through. If you order online and go through the drive through, they cannot find the code/order and you end up having to come in. The food, more times than not, is cold.
