If I could give ZERO stars I would. This is by far the worst McDonald's I have been to and will most definitely not be back. I went by here this morning for breakfast and order a sausage egg mcmuffin, ate half of it look down and there is a literal ROACH on my sandwich. A ROACH.... HOW does that even happen? Completely inexcusable, disgusting and shows complete FILTH on Vilonia McDonald's part.

This is seriously one of the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. The past 2 times I’ve gone they have been extremely understaffed and the staffing they do have don’t know what they are doing. Constantly getting orders wrong, making you pull up and wait for over 10 minutes for your order after already waiting another 10 minutes in the drive thru.
