Me and my girl went up there and they got our order wrong and we was polite and we got to the window and a worker said “oh that lady is back” with a smart attitude. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Don’t go to this McDonalds.
July 19, 2025-yall are still the worst McDonald's i ever ever been to...consistently. Good job. Yup, this location still totally sucks. Since Google only allows 1 review per person, per restaurant I'm adding to my previous crappy experience. I think it's fair to say that this McDonald's likes to drown burgers in ketchup. Let's not forget the patties used we're so old, they were crispy. Orders are rarely made correctly and this is what a large fry looks like. When I got home to eat, the fries were significantly undercooked...... read more
EDIT: Over the past few weeks our orders have been consistently correct and the new workers I've seen at the windows have been kind and helpful. I would now recommend this as a good stop. I am changing the rating from barely two stars to four stars. Thank you to the owners, managers, staff for making these changes! ...
