The young manager working there is really on the ball and a nice guy. Our food is always good and a fair value
5/5 stars I'm happy to give this location 5 stars. Having a McDonald's in Valley Center has been a great addition to the community. It's convenient, affordable, and has consistently delivered exactly what I expect from a McDonald's. What stands out most is how well this location is run. The restaurant has been clean every time I've visited, the staff has been friendly and professional, and it's extremely rare for anything to be wrong with my order. First of all i walked in with 3 of my friends and was greeted by multiple workers with a dirty look i ordered my food on a kiosk it took around 45 minutes to get my food i went up to the front desk multiple times mind you it wasnt full in the restaurant when the food arrived they got 2 items wrong and took an additional 5 minutes to get the right food out overall bad experience
If there were other fast food options in VC, I wouldn’t go here. Service is slow, half of the time curbside mobile orders don’t work and you end up waiting 30+ minutes for “fast food”. Staff is courteous though.
