Customer service was so nice!! But for $12, a big mac that slides apart, is not it. Mcdonalds CEO doesn't even want to eat this.
I was served a burger with a bite in it. I sent them an email from the address on the receipt and they never responded. Obviously, my family will never eat at a McDonald's again.
