My college roomates boyfriend stopped here after work, exhausted and ready to go home. He left his wallet at this location, without realizing it he left. I would leave zero stars if I could. Customer service is HORRIBLE, completely unprofessional and rude over the phone. A member of my group lost a wallet and we realized once we were far away. We called, the initial call was ignored. Our second call was answered by a very abrasive woman who refused to acknowledge the missing wallet, was incredibly rude when we explained where we sat and asked for her to look as we made our way back to arrive.
