Just went today and ordered 3 Ranch Snack Wraps. The tortillas were so stale that I almost choked on a hard end piece of my wrap. Consistent issues make this one of the worst McDonald's in the area.
The morning shift is above and beyond amazing. They definitely make your day better! I will go out of my way to make sure this is the mcdonalds I stop at before work every day!!!!
For a long time I never had issues at this McDonalds. Unfortunately, the past few times have made me not want to return. Incorrect orders, people who seem to have no training operating the drive thru and making things take longer than needed. One person forgot to take my card at the drive thru! I had to REMIND him i needed to pay! I’ve also arrived at the window meeting a worker I couldn’t even understand, who then proceeded to give me the wrong order.
