Slow, couldn't keep track of orders and after long wait my food was a cold.

There is absolutely no way a Fortune 500 company can possibly not know how absolutely bad this location is. Drive-Thru at 1AM for 1 meal took 30 minutes to get someone at the order box and another 15 to actually get food. I'd fire the entire staff and start over, this lot is THE WORST in the company for the most sub-par food the chain can produce.
Went in, ordered some chicken mc muffins and hotcakes, Had to get someone to wipe down a table because so dirty, hotcakes are hard, got the entire order wrong, No maple syrup or cutlery, chairs aren't even bolted to the ground. 1 star. Not to mention it took 30 minutes to make a dang pankake.
