It was a basic McDonald's experience to me but i have been going to this particular one for a while.
Pulled up to McDonald’s with a massive line ahead, and all the workers were just standing around doing what looked like absolutely nothing. No sense of urgency at all. We were at the ordering kiosk, and somehow it still took 30 minutes to get our food. All I wanted was a S’mores McFlurry — simple, right? Wrong. After waiting 15 minutes at the window, we were finally told the ice cream machine "wasn’t up." Then they handed me $3 cash for a refund, even though I paid $4.39.
