Jackson took my families order today and he was awesome! Extremely polite and quick to help! Katie the manager is also very helpful and makes the experience great each time we stop.
At the window I asked for 6 bbq sauces and said and I quote “I know it’s extra”. The girl said “it’s not extra we don’t charge for bbq sauce here and we proceeded to joke at the window about how we need a sauce per nugget. Fast forward to the manager who hands me my food with zero bbq in the bag so I ask for 6. Autumn the manager hands me 4 and when I ask for 2 more she says “you only got a 4 piece you don’t get 6.” Didn’t ask me to pay for extra or politely explain the policy. While the food here was acceptable, the customer service environment was severely compromised by the manager on duty (6/13/2026 @ 7:50 pm). I witnessed her shouting at and threatening staff members who were merely asking a question. This lack of professionalism creates a toxic atmosphere for both employees and patrons. Management desperately needs comprehensive leadership and conflict-resolution training.
