The worst experience I’ve ever had at any fast food restaurant. The sticker on my burrito was full of dirt because of the oil on the package it somehow was full of dirt on the outside I will never go to this location again.
Fries were salty but nuggets were fresh.
While McDonald's as a company is trying to get back in good standing with their customers, this McDonald's is failing at every level. The food here was good about six months ago. It is subpar most days. The service is just awful. Almost every time we go they've forgotten food. Tonight they forgot the toy I paid for. They turned something that was supposed to be fun into a task. While also making our food cold. My husband is too nice and pulls around to check the order. I'll be picking the order up from now on.
