I had to stop here after a horrible experience at the one in Massillon where we had to receive a refund. I am so glad that the staff was friendly and hustling to get the orders from the dining room and drive-through out. Our chicken nuggets and fries were hot and fresh. The lady who was working explained that it would be a few extra minutes due to them having to make the nuggets. I will stop at this location again. Thank you to the crew that worked on 19 July 2025 at approximately 2130 hours for the great experience.

Service is usually really good , just really slow.
Limp barely cooked bacon on sandwich. No extra sce after paying more for it! Employees too worried bout their music on phones instead of orders! HI-C needs changed. (Check fountain pop before serving) Skip this location
