Literally made an order over 2 hours ago for breakfast. turns out they never made it, wouldn't give me anything in place of it, and they were just rude and unprofessional.
I ordered a chicken sandwich combo. The fries were dipped twice (yes McDonalds, we can tell). The chicken was a color I'd never seen on a chicken and it tasted like it was fried in burnt grease? Anyways, the garbage can loved it. You shouldn't pass off your failures in the drive thru. Total waste of money and you screwed me over. Take some pride in what you do and be a little more respectful to your customers. This wasn't even fit food for my dog.
The people sees us when we go in and we still have to wait about 15 minutes before anyone will take our order. Only on night shift.
They messed up and gave me someone elles order.
