Last 3 times they messed up order or not take my order in the drive thru
Ordered the McDonald land meal, a 10 piece nugget with large fries, and a cheese burger. First off, McDonald land shake didn’t have the pink whipped cream. Didn’t get the 10 piece nugget. Fries were medium. DIDNT GET THE COLLECTABLE, that was literally the whole point. Got a random double cheese burger and mcchicken. Entire order messed up. Night crew is horrible
It was very busy and after waiting 20 minutes in the Mobile App area, I went in to see if there was an issue. The place was slammed, the dining area was clean and I noticed that the manager had an assembly line type of procedure to ensure orders were going out as quickly as possible. I did place a special order so I was tripping but I knew that it would take time. The young lady who helped me was friendly and helpful. The food was chaotic but it is what it is.
