I stopped coming because they took 5 plus minutes to answer their customers at the box. They’re incredibly rude when they finally do answer and I want no part of it.
Doordasher here. Was notified order was ready for pickup. Order was not started at all was ignored for 10 minutes while staff are arguing with each other about who's doing what cooking.
Placed a breakfast drive through order at 10:30 on the app (mind you it says breakfast ends at 11) and when I got there I was laughed and cussed at when they told me they only serve breakfast until 10:30. I asked them to honor what their app says and they told me they couldn't because their grills have "switched" to lunch. I don't care if this place is "independently owned" their actions were ridiculous and rude. The owner of this place really needs to take a step back and reevaluate some things.
