The sweet older lady who is usually on the first window is very sweet! They usually fix my issues if I go inside or whip back around the drive thru. Nothing too bad I just wish the fries were saltier.
Very bad customer service. Went to Braums instead and was treated more wisely.
Night shift needs to be replaced or retrained I like onions but there's no reason I should be getting 2 handfuls of onions on my food this isn't the first time I've had a problem with the night shift and also if your going to get mad that someone comes through the drive-thur 40 minutes before you close then maybe you should work somewhere else I cook in professional restaurants and that's just ridiculous
The manager that's usually there in the evening...his name isTerry Williams... is by far the most hospitable, customer service oriented manager I've ever been hosted by. Ive been to 5 star restaurants and not been treated with as much respect and dignity as this man. He goes above and beyond for his customers and if ive ever had a problem he corrects it across the entire staff!!
