I’m so annoyed I got the wrong toy and they said they are getting rid of old products first that makes no sense if today is the hello kitty release I expect a hello kitty toy if I got the hello kitty apple slices why didn’t I get the toy my toddler was very dissapointed they wouldn’t even switch it unopened I got a bts one
Always dirty, lack of customer service. Last week while waiting for our food, a young woman wearing what I think was a managers shirt, yelled out people's orders at the counter, Without even calling their order number, and angrily left bags of food on the counter saying "well its someones!!". Yes, it was very busy and there was a clear language barrier, but regardless you don't act that way. The customers were so confused asking her if it were their order number.
