Asked me 4 times if I was using the mobile app. Told them no 4 times, ordered a large dr pepper, got a medium, ordered a regular cheeseburger, got a burger and cheese on a bun. NOTHING ELSE, this is not rocket science. Shields mcdonalds is terrible
This place is slow slow slow. We pulled up and ordered 2 iced coffees that’s it. They forgot to add one to the order and we told them at the window. They told us to pull forward in front of the building and then completely forgot about us! Whole ordeal took about 25 minutes for 2 iced coffees. Will not be coming back.
