Very unprofessional location. Food was terrible, forgot to bring my order out and then workers were rude when going in to ask where the order was. Mistakes happen but the way they handled it, you could clearly see there was 0 management experience working. I can see why this location has such horrible reviews.
Lots of employees working but looks like no body give a shit about taking customer up front.They come up front and see customer standing to order or need any assistance and walk away.Normally i don't like giving review,respect ur customer before its too late and start loosing sales.Feel so bad for owner who spent so much miney to hire such and careless workers who like to stand and talk and not serve any people.
I order through the app and therefore I know what I've ordered is correct but despite the grill tickets matching my order, what I receive is not correct. Of course, I never check until I get home.

The food was fine... pretty much what I expect after 50 years of eating at McDonald's. I am, however, still baffled that a single McChicken is $2.99 now! The photo might be difficult to interpret, but there was a paying customer standing, with money in hand, waiting to order. The employee was on a personal cellphone call. I struggle to accept that this is what customer service is now. Yes, I get it is "just McDonalds," but for at least $12.48 per hour (state minumum wage), it seems like paying customers deserve better.
