Previously I gave this McDonald's a 4 star. You know what you're getting, even if it isn't that great. Unfortunately, I had a recent experience where the line staff thought it was okay to play with a customer's food. I had ordered a plain burger because I like to add ketchup myself. But they were out of ketchup at the pump and packets, so I requested the kitchen add a bit for me. They took this as an offense apparently and decided to do stupid things with my meal.
