I’ve given this location multiple chances, but it keeps getting worse. It’s usually slow with long waits and poor professionalism—and on more than one visit, managers have smelled strongly of marijuana, which doesn’t inspire confidence. Today was the worst yet. I placed a mobile order and still waited an hour in a crowded restaurant full of frustrated customers, with no way to cancel once I realized how bad it was. West end has the worst customer service and the air was broken. The manager working was very rude and unprofessional.
