they slow as a blind turtle inside. theres a manager named emily who doesnt even do her job, shes very unfriendly and cant speak up as "manager"

Definitely NO stars (only gave the one because a review requires at least one to submit) ! Service here continues to decline ! Staff has ZERO respect ! Especially this employee who I think is actually a manager (says her name is Maria, not convinced) not the first time encountering a horrible experience with her either. If I ordered something on my ticket I should get what I ask for without backlash especially since I paid for it.
