This is my first time coming here. It’s so clean Even in the Men’s Bathroom!! It smelled so good it made me feel so confident in eating here!! I honestly loved it so much! I will be back here for sure!! Thank You Guys So Much Amen!!!
I reported the manager of this McDonald's. They sent me two free meals. That's not fixing the horrible treatment I experienced. In the email, it was worded with concern, with interest in my experience. This occurred near the end of June. As of today, the rude, nasty manager was still there. With the same nasty attitude towards not only customers but her staff. So I ask, how seriously do they take customer complaints?
Lots of staff standing around. They stand at the front desk but refuse to take your order, making you order at the electronic self service kiosk and get your own drinks.
