Literally beyond done here. They always make you pull up to wait on your food and it’s like 20 min or you just give up and go inside to get it which defeats using drive thru. They constantly mess up your order. One time we found a string of some sort in our iced coffee. I don’t know who’s running this joint but it’s ridiculous
“Go ahead with your order.” Not with that service I won’t. Learn to service customers properly, I drove off.
