The shittiest McDonald’s in Salem. Every single time that I come to this location I have to park and wait for my food, even if the store is dead. The staff are always snobby. My order always is messed up for some reason. I was trying to get lunch to take to my daughter at her school. I was the only one in the line. I have to wait for fries for a few minutes so they have to have me pull forward. Didn't give us much of large fries
They made a few mistakes on the food but I really did enjoy the service and experience. Ok update today is O8/04/2026 and my experience was terrible. I was missing food and one of the breakfast sandwiches was wrong. I went into the store to get it fixed. I wanted no cheese the original bagel had cheese on it. The lady was nice and got me a replacement. I didn't check it until I got home...and guess what still had cheese on it. I'm very upset to say the least.
