Every time we've come here I've overlooked the fact that the fries were always half way filled, cold, and the service was horrible. However, after this happened the 10th time, I decided to write a review about it. I called the restaurant and complained to the manager. I clearly stated that I was not looking to receive my $2 back for the fries but that I just wanted to let her know of their horrible service and how things should be fixed.
