Our grandson wanted to go to McDonald's for his birthday and when we finished, the staff especially Mrs. Turner brought out a surprise of ice cream and a gift for the birthday boy. This was an awesome visit thanks to the staff and Mrs. Turner.
FORGET MY FRIES EVEN THOUGH THE BAG SAID M FRIES INCLUDED
I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for years, but lately the staff just don’t seem as attentive. Today I got a medium Diet Coke that was way underfilled. I asked if they could top it off, and the employee looked at me like she didn’t understand what I was saying. After a bit of confusion, I just said never mind and took it back. Not a huge deal, but definitely frustrating.
