The drive thru cashier accidentally wiped out a 20% credit from the app. He first suggested I just pay more rather than try to fix the error. Irritating but no big deal... however then neither of the managers seemed to be trained in the app so it took ages to correct a simple issue.
Very seldom do you get Hot fries
Staff is very friendly. Fries were awesome. Don't like the Hard benches.
