Don’t want to make food correctly. Lie saying that they can’t make certain changes where other McDonald’s has no problem doing it. Terrible customer service
Update*** gotten worse... zero human interaction... all staff is in the kitchen and when/if they come out this way they are so frantic l, u as a customer are rudely interrupting their work they do not have time for the ppl they are slowly feeding. Not a good feeling or environment for the customer. ***take ur 24 hr signs down!!!*** Tried ordering w the mobile app for the first time thought it may be quicker, turned out I could've went thru the drive thru about 4 times at least. Took almost an hour to get my stuff.
