Aside from the extremely long wait time (I had to wait at least 10 mins at the speaker for them to take my order) foolishly of me I did not check my meal before I drove off so when I opened my Big Mac up the bread was hard as a rock. I did a review I them before and it wasn’t good. Today Sally did an amazing job. She’s a great asset to the company.
The few times ive stopped at this location I've always had a bad experience. The workers are horrible, the food takes forever, and they consistently dont have items available to order. You would think being right near the hospital and college town they would want to improve this mcdonalds but I guess not.
The staff lack professionalism. The service attitude is terrible.
Cousin and I went through the drive through around 9:25. We waiting for someone to take our order for about 10 minutes. When someone finally did, they greeted us with, "Hello!". We then waited at least another 20 minutes or more to actually get through the line and get the food.
