AN UPDATE: THEY FOUGHT ME MULTIPLE TIMES ON ISSUING A REFUND FOR THE ORDER THAT THEY WERE NOT OPEN FOR ME TO BE ABLE TO GET. I HAD TO FILL OUT A CHARGE BACK INVESTIGATION TO GET THE MONEY BACK. I've been here until 30 minutes after their main opening time. I placed an order and the app will not let me cancel it for a refund. The drive through has cones on both lanes and the doors are locked to the 24 hour McDonald's. Watched several customers just not be able to order. I guess I have to like call corporate to get my refund? ... read more
I ordered ahead on app. My daughter was in the hospital so I needed to get her order quickly. First I still had to wait when I got there, then when handed cookie tote, they where falling out of the partially open bottom. I had to ask for a bag so they wouldn't all fall out. When I got home with them they were all just melted together, it was a mess, and not really edible.
