Horrible drive-thru at night they act like you bothering them soon as you pull up then you wait so long that your code doesn't work and after you pay they tell you to pull up and park that's another 10 minute wait smh you guys have the worst customer service in college town
i went to the drive thru and they refused orders so i parked and did an online order and they said i would be refunded. i asked why and i was told they were overloaded with online orders and short staffed. i can understand the situation but the woman was so rude about it and wouldn’t say anymore more “goodbye”. when i was trying to ask about my refund.

The worst customer service it took forever in the drive-through to get my order. I almost had to wait 30 minutes to get my order.
