Cold french frys while they are laughing and playing around. Im tired of this treatment i am a local to robertsdale. Mcdonalds already have a bad name but at least hire ppl that can do the job or get the hell out the kitchen. Do better robertsdale.
This was truly an incredible experience. There was some tall skinny kid working when I walked in and ordered on the kiosk. He was great: fast service, no nonsense. The food was fast, buns soft and toasted, cheese melted, fries salted. There were two other patrons in the lobby while I was there but it was their first day on planet Earth so if they wrote reviews I’m sure they were bad, but this time I’m on McDonald’s side.
Had to wait over 20-30 mins curbside numerous times. Mostly for just an iced coffee or a small burger, fry and tea. One day I called the store and they hung up on me 2 times. My 1 yr old was in the car asleep so I went through the drive-thru and they told me to go back to the curbside and they would bring it out to me. The people next to me at curbside had the same issue and had to go in to get their order. Food is good but the service sucks!!! If you get curbside, plan on waiting 20+ mins no matter what you order.
