Every single time I’ve tried to get ice cream from here the ice cream machine is somehow broken or not working properly.. there’s no way for the past year the machine has been broke . I was also polite about getting my refund and they just acted annoyed the whole time.. like it’s not their job?? I’ve been here many times and some of the workers are nice and great but a lot of them are just snobby and have attitudes. I seen the way one of the workers was talking to another costumer.. honestly.. do better.
Its amazing how, 1 customer in the dining room, 2 cars in the drive thru...order via mobile app, waited 19 mins and I still recieved half cooked fries and a burger bun hard as a brick as if I has been sitting in the warmer ALL DAY. If I wasn't stopping for a quick bite on my way to work, id take it back! Mc Donald's as a entire brand is not the same.
Terrible service slow rude awful everything I can't believe this place stays open I've never seen such wierdos
