genuinely the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my life expect to wait 30+ minutes to get your food even when there is no one in line id rather go home and slap together a ham sandwich then waste my time and money here customer service is poor and very unprofessional
If i could give 0 stars i would. Not only was the food cold and the coke flat and this was my "extra onion" burger...also my special needs sister was having a spasm in the passenger seat and they were laughing at her and whispering. SO DISRESPECTFUL!!
I go out of my way to avoid this particular McDonald's. If I didn't have a teenager and this location was near the high school, no way would they ever get another dime of my money. Single worse McDonald's ever
This is the single worst McDonald's. There must never be any management present. If there is, that person must stay hidden in an office. Especially at night, I go to this place as an absolute last resort for my teenager. Will be so glad when Robertsdale gets a better selection.
