Ordered the New Big Arch Burger a day or 2 after they came out. When eating noticed the burger pattys were very small. I Truely Believe they used regular hamburger pattys on it because they were so small. Mostly all bun. When seeing a TV commercial later on where they stated 2 1/4lb burger pattys are used, not for mine - So disappointed - The first time I ever paid over $9 for a burger and I received all bun :(
Tried to use the kiosk it froze and took my coupon tried to talk to manager to fix the issue told she couldnt do anything and that I had to wait at the mcdonalds 15 minutes before I could order I had an appointment at the doctor's and this is a literal FAST food restaurant next time I need food ill just go to the taco bell directly across the street that just opened.
