I did have a mishap. I got a Frappe, and the lid wasn't on right. When I got to my car, the lid popped off and completely dumped down my lap, seat and floor. Needless to say I was furious! But the staff where very helpful. They got me a wet clothes to wipe my legs off, and a huge roll of paper towels to clean up what I could.
The lady taking my money seemed pissed off and she shoved my change into my hand and shut the window. The lady that gave me my food opened the window no smile handed me my food. She stood there and stared at me like I was a huge inconvenience. Check your people!! Why were both girls absolutely miserable? Is it poor management? Or just bad attitudes of teenagers that hate their jobs? Happened 4/26/26 at 1:07 pm
