Waited 2 hours for my food and got told I needed to go through the drive through if I wanted to get helped! Orlando just left everyone high and dry and went into the back office! He needs to be demoted or fired!
This location has not been the same since it's recent remodel; incorrect orders, long wait times in the drive thru, and just tonight really long wait and then they just cancelled my order. Tried calling the location three times and just got a busy signal. Staffing appears to be an issue, as well. Skipping this location from now on.
Literally took 2 hours to get food... I never come to McDonald's and I came for a school event and the staff was not prepared. Got my food after a 2 hour wait... the managers were prioritizing drive-thru customers and not even acknowledging the instore customers. I asked if they were going to help and the woman manager yeld at me and told me to "get on the line if I wanted my food..."
