I understand this is fast food and i get it…. You are stressed and maybe tired…. But being rude in the drive thru and snatching the money away that’s fine i get it…. Second after we get handed one bag and no drinks the cashier slams open the window asking what? What do you need? I followed it up by our drinks…. Duh…. Then no pancake syrup… No butter no straws and not even sugar or creamer in the coffees hopefully management sees this… last time i pass thru this McDonald’s
If company management is reading this, please know these are the RUDEST workers I have met. They hung up on me and treated me horridly! Please keep driving if you don't want to be treated badly!
Driving through on a Sunday morning. Not a clean table in sight. My shoes stuck to the floor. Food is as expected. It's just yucky. We took our order to go and ate in our car.
Why would you intentionally give someone cold coffee???☹️
