They mess up orders regularly and sometimes operate at a snails pace, slow and poor service. I won’t be coming here in the future. Update: i came back 3 years after writing my initial review because i accidentally selected this when navigating and didn’t really have a choice! No large cups, only medium and small. Im genuinely in awe that this place is still open given the consistency of thier screw ups. Unbelievable!
Waited over 25 minutes for four caramel frappes. This is not exaggerating. The store was understaffed and not properly trained with the staff they did have. Drive thru lane was wrapped and inside was packed with customers waiting on there orders. There were multiple complaints and people requesting refunds. This is an ongoing trend with this location for years I would not recommend this location to anyone
