Update 6/20, kiosk no receipt again, dropped another star. No receipt at kiosk. Stopped a few weeks back. Quick in and out. Will stop here again.
This is the third time this has happened to me. I ordered DoorDash well over an hour from when breakfast ends. Four DoorDashers sat and waited for my order for over 15 minutes each until it was past breakfast and they had to cancel my order because the food was no longer available. I tried to call multiple times to hopefully make sure my order wasn’t buried under others, but no one answered and there’s no ability to leave a voicemail. Be careful at this location as their menu does not accurately reflect the prices they charge. I asked for a sausage egg and cheese Mc griddle combo which clearly states it is five dollars on their menu. However I was charged $7.05 as the meal is actually $6.59. When confronted the lady said we don’t offer that promotion anymore even though it is clearly on their board as of this morning.
Why is it the kiosk NEVER has receipt paper and you must ask for one??? Employees have no care to help you if you ask for a receipt. None of them!!!
