I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the McDonald’s on Gum Branch. The customer service I received was completely unacceptable. I ordered at the front counter instead of using the kiosk, and from the beginning, Dakota made me feel like I was an inconvenience for ordering with a cashier. Her attitude was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. When it came time to pay, she loudly asked if I had smaller bills.
