Front counter Younger male disrespectful overall experience here great but poor customer service at front counter
Got off of work midnight and hungry place an order a quater pounder combo meal for drive thru on the app I get there employee has attitude I gave her my code and right away still with attitude says we dont have it we cancel it and I ask can I speak with manager and she ignore me and turn off the drive-thru headset off this happens when u have lazy employees that dont care to cook and work for people that get off from work late here's a picture to prove it was canceled
They always screw up breakfast orders. UPDATE: I west back out of sheer hopefulness that maybe they were having an off day. Nope, they forgot to give me my hotcakes that I ordered in the drive-thru today 9/26/25 and if you call the store they just hang up the call. No bueno
