Came in to have a burger nov 3rd at 8pm. Wasn't helped or even greeted for over 10mins. Kiosk wasn't working and theamager seemed irritated cuz he had to help and that took another 15mims. Then my food comes and my drink was wrong. Instead of getting me my sweet tea taht I wanted he took a deep breath as if he was be bothered. I ended the convo with you know what id good never mind. Worse service ever!!!
I went at 10:30 am when lunch started. None of my food was fresh or hot. I asked specifically for light salt to get hot fries and they were cold and hard.burfer and nuggets was dry. Awful experience
Whoever is the female manager at 5:30 am on 11/2/2025 was is by far the worse person to have to deal with she is rude and extremely unhelpful, also whenever we go here the Frappuccino machine is broken only when she is there
Paid 3 dollars for an extra patty instead got a single one, unfortunately living 20 minutes away I didn't check until I got home. CHECK YOUR ORDERS
