I placed my order through the app around 2:30 am for two Deluxe Burgers at the drive-thru. Unfortunately, one of the burgers contained bacon. As someone who does not eat pork for religious reasons, this was very upsetting and unacceptable. Mistakes can happen, but the staff neither acknowledged nor apologized for the issue, which made the experience even more disappointing. I don’t get it… How difficult is it to look at a screen, then make the food and put it in a bag in the dead hours of the morning? I’ve ordered multiple times from this location through DoorDash and multiple times now half my order has been missing. Can your employees even read?
