I bought two egg McMuffins, and one caramel iced coffee, and one hash brown. The egg McMuffins were burnt, and I also told the lady that I needed some extra caramel in my caramel iced coffee, and the lady made a gremlin face Just for asking for a little extra caramel. I went back to the drive-through and got my money back for the McMuffins and the hash brown did not taste good either or the iced coffee and I Had no choice but to throw it away in the trash. This location always gives you old food! They let homeless people sit out infront and beg the customers for money. They never have enough staff working. I can't understand why McDonald's doesn't give a military discount they make billions of dollars. It's because of this location I don't even eat at any McDonald's no more! They hire young teenagers who have no customer service skills and 0 respect. None of this generation has basic mannners. Hire people who take pride in their job.

The automated remodel makes you think the place will have good service but that's anything but. The staff was so busy yelling at each other that all the people inside (of which there were very few) were still waiting on there food, where they will likely wait for another half hour because that's a reasonable amount of time to wait for lukewarm food
