They need a makeover with service n prep in sanitation
This is my third time at this McDonald's recently and I have been thouroughly disappointed each time but thought I'll give it one more chance. We went less that 1.5 miles down the road after going thru the drive thru. Tonight my big Mac was freezing cold, my fries are cold. I ask about my condiments and was assured they were in there....they aren't and now I have a 5 years old who won't eat this cold food without his BBQ sauce. My coke even tasted bad. I. So disappointed.
