I placed a mobile order online at 1:17pm. They pulled me to the patio where I have been sitting since 1:17pm it’s currently 1:45pm and several cars have been pulled up and left already and the lady came out here asking me several times what I had. Clearly they don’t know how to do their jobs properly because even after the lady brought my food at 1:47pm it’s still wrong. Worst location I deal with as a Dasher. First of two stops tonight was great. Woman was nice and respectful. Loved her greeting. 2nd stop, I’m told grill is shut down and they’re not accepting orders, not even DoorDash orders. Then they don’t answer the phone so it can be confirmed by DD. Older white woman comes to the window and I tell her I’m on the phone and DD needs confirmation of what you told me.
