This was the worst Mcdonalds I have ever been to. I bought a medium coke and one hash brown fillet and waited 50 mins and I didn’t even get my food. I waited 30 mins inside and then 20 mins in the drive thru. I sympathize that this job isn’t easy and they seem short staffed but I wish I at least was told it was going to be a long wait for some reason despite trying to ask a few times. I didn’t even get my foot or a refund.
Stopped by for breakfast while pulling a trailer, so I opted for carryout. The doors were locked, so I had to knock to get in. When someone finally opened the door, they seemed annoyed, and once inside, I wasn’t even acknowledged at the register. Places like this really need to raise their standards and invest in better staff.
