This second time i done went to mcdonald in pearl ms order the delux breafast it come with egg sausage pancake hash brown i payed forr extra bacon pay 7.15 they gave me no hash brown or sausage the second time so i payed 7 dollar for egg empty bisuce two pieces of bacon can i get a free breafast or my money back this second i was so piss i starred ride back up to damn long drive that crazy
Cashier that waited on me was sweeping front lobby when I arrived in store. The Manager called her to the register to take my order. She took my order and proceeded to fix my order. She Didn't wash her hands until I told her it was unsanitary to fix food after sweeping and cleaning front lobby without washing her hands. Then after going through that I got home only to find out my 10 piece nuggets were old and tasted like rubber. UNFIT TO EAT!!! Many times I have went to McDonalds and since a month I have been asking for mocha and a mcflurry and they say, "uhhh... our icecream and mocha machine is down" like what. MONTH. And the people are rude
Rude people dirty you name it that store has it.
This McDonalds happens to be the worst I have ever been to you can place your order and when you pay it is correct on the receipt but when you get your order items are missing. when I spoke to the manager or the general manager as he says he didn't like my attitude and threaten to call the police department and I never threaten them one time, I just told them that if there people cannot read they are illiterate and they don't need to be working in a position where reading is mandatory will never go back I am calling the corp... read more
I went through the drive thru, placed my order. Then I paid the cashier $9.58. I proceed to the next window to get the order, I asked, "can I have a glass of water please?" She replied, "that will be 29 cent." I just bought food and it is 100 degrees outside and I cannot get glass of water without paying. Who charges for water? The only McDonald's I know of and the only restraunt that I have ever ran across that charges. It is just tap water. NO, I did not pay they can just keep that water.
