When did medium fries become this small? Why aren’t you filling them properly? Maybe it’s time to start weighing them if you can’t portion them correctly?! the fries cost a fortune, and they only fill half the box.
My wife, who is Asian, ordered at this location and the staff asked her three separate times what her name was and how to pronounce it. It quickly became clear that they weren’t asking out of genuine curiosity or to be helpful—it was obvious the girl was making fun of her. I order Uber Eats from this location several times a week. Almost every order is either missing something or is sent with the wrong items. Tonight we ordered a 10 PC nugget meal with a large frozen Coke and Hot Buffalo sauce and got a yellow frozen drink of unknown origin and BBQ sauce. Previous orders of items where I requested no pickles arrived with extra pickles. Not sure what is going on but this location needs a serious quality control person on Uber Eats orders.
